Who We Are

TechThinkTank began as a vision — a domain name Josh Lazar, our Founder and CEO, noticed while completing his Master's program at the University of Central Florida. He held onto the name, and the idea behind it, for nearly two decades. What started as a solo consultancy has grown into a team of former CFOs, CIOs, COOs, and CTOs — practitioners who've sat in the same seats as the clients they now serve.

Today, TechThinkTank is an operational consulting firm helping organizations strengthen the technology, finance, and operational systems behind their work. Our clients include legal aid organizations, private law firms, and mission-driven businesses — teams doing important work, often with limited resources and high stakes.

We work alongside them — not above them — on the things that keep operations running: technology infrastructure, accounting systems, internal workflows, and custom software built to serve real needs.

Our Founder and CEO

Josh Lazar

Josh Lazar is the Founder & CEO of TechThinkTank, supporting non-profits and corporations with their accounting, operations, software development, and technology projects and strategy. He has over 20 years of experience in legal technology, with experiences in private practice, legal aid, and trial court systems. He's earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in management of information systems from the University of Central Florida.

Outside of work, you can find Josh playing pickleball, bowling, at mostly anything UCF related, or with his family and friends enjoying life.
